Welcome to AdmissionWork. By accessing or using our education website and consulting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Nature of Advisory Services
AdmissionWork operates exclusively as an independent educational consultancy and academic mentorship service provider. We offer guidance on university selection, eligibility analysis, and research proposal drafting. We do not grant degrees directly; all academic degrees are awarded solely by respective UGC-recognized universities upon fulfillment of statutory requirements.
2. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates agree to provide authentic and accurate academic credentials, degree marksheets, and identity proofs. Submission of forged or misleading documents will result in immediate termination of counselling support without refund.
3. University Fees & Payments
All official university admission, semester tuition, examination, and coursework fees must be deposited directly to the accredited university's designated bank account. AdmissionWork never solicits undisclosed third-party payments for university tuition.
4. Research Integrity & Plagiarism
Our research proposal and synopsis mentorship is strictly educational and advisory. Scholars are responsible for conducting original research in compliance with UGC (Promotion of Academic Integrity and Prevention of Plagiarism) Regulations.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hisar, Haryana.
